would definitely recommend for a weekend stopover
Spacious room, cute staff, with a fine view of the harbor and Pico Mountain, made our mornings nice, coupled with a good continental breakfast with fresh seasonal fruits to start the day right and easy access via a roundtrip airport shuttle for added convenience.
Everything was just right.

Location: the hotel was near Pico island, the port and the mountain on pico island. It was next to Vito's, where you can have dinner...
The staff were very unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Hotel was fairly clean, very very helpful and excellent staff.
i had climate control and a safe in the air-conditioned room.

Upon arrival, the air conditioning didn't work initially, forcing a room change, a bit of a hassle. Even after it was fixed, the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain properly despite a technician's visit. The decor felt dated, lacking the charm you'd expect for an extended stay.

Very nice hotel a little away from the marina area, but certainly close enough to walk. Hotel was very clean and well-kept. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Gret views of the town and marina!

The view from the balcony of the city and Pico island across the bay was very nice. The hotel restaurant had a very good reasonably priced dinner.
The location is great for the view, but it is a 4 block walk up hill from the main tourist sights. The room furnishings and carpets need to be replaced. No refrigerator in room or tea/coffee making options.

The breakfast was a feast of fresh seasonal fruits-a real treat! The pool area was a charming spot to relax after exploring the local dining gems, like Casa Teahouse & Bar just up the road. I also loved how quiet the hotel was despite being near the waterfront.
A small hiccup occurred when checking out. The receptionist struggled with the payment program, which threw a wrench in our plans for the day. The beautiful views made it easier to shake it off!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the waiting staff, porter and chambermaids. It makes such a difference when you get friendly warm serice. The room was simple but comfortable ( except for the fold down bed our friend stayed one night on). Breakfast was good too
Just that a friend syayed one night with us and her fold down bed was very uncomfortable and she was expected to pay 48 euros for it. She paid a bit less in the end

Couples looking for a nice getaway
We had the best time enjoying the sunset views from our balcony. The breakfast wasn't gourmet but fine, and the fresh fruits did make a good start to the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still okay.

The amazing sea view from the terrace added to the experience. Breakfast included delicious homemade bread, a perfect start to the day. The parking availability was questionable at times, especially during busier periods, and the room itself could use some updates to the bed comfort. Customer service responses concerning lost items left some doubts about their efficiency.
